Incision is an organization on a mission. We believe that everybody deserves the best surgical care and strive to become the worldwide standard in surgical education. We help surgical professionals, scrub nurses and OR teams to share their skills and knowledge, and together impact surgical operations worldwide.
Over the last few years, we have built the Incision Academy and have created online step-by-step guides for surgical procedures, including best practices for surgical operations. For the most important surgical procedures we have created 2D and 3D films with all anatomic context and related content, using also augmented reality and virtual reality applications.
This is the foundation for our ambitious growth plan in the years to come.
Incision provides educational and training services for surgical professionals a.o. surgical residents and scrub nurses and provides protocol support and competence tracking services to improve the team performance in the OR.
Today, the Incision Academy is being used every day by surgical professionals worldwide.
For our commercial activities, we are looking for a Key Account Manager to support our growth with institutional prospects and partners (teaching) hospitals, nursing colleges and medical universities. The position involves initiating contacts and developing relations with these key organizations in Poland. You will be a member of a growing international commercial team and the national team in Poland. The role requires a ‘can do’ and ‘hands on’ mentality.
You will be reporting to County Manager Poland and collaborate closely with the members of the international commercial team. You will be developing and growing with us!
We look for a candidate who has:
A Master degree in Business (Economics) or a MD with commercial experience,
4+ years commercial experience; preferably in the hospital / healthcare sector, possibly at a pharmaceutical/medical device company,
A strong drive to achieve impact,
A strong fit with a scale-up environment,
Initiative, great interpersonal skills and is able to motivate and convince others,
Good analytical skills and able to work with the various back end and analytics systems,
Is a great team player and a fun member of our team,
Is fluent in English.
