Chapter 1- Throws of a knot

1.1 Flat throw

In a flat throw each suture thread travels from one side to the opposite side of the throw, to result in a symmetrical throw.

This can only be achieved by crossing of the threads before tying them, or crossing the hands after tying them.

First the crossing of the threads before tying them will be demonstrated

Take note of the crossing of the threads before tying them, thereafter tying them to produce the symmetrical flat throw, with each thread running to the opposite side of the throw.
