Step by step
Abdominal cavity approach
Mark the skin 2cm below the xiphoid process, and 2 fingerbreadths below the costal arch on both sides, extending further on the right side to facilitate the right hepatectomy.
Incise the skin along the previously made markings using the chevron incision.
