Mark the lateral humeral epicondyle and the radial head which is palpated under finger whilst pronating and supinating forearm in motion.

Incise

Incise the skin starting 2 cm proximal to the lateral humeral epicondyle in a curved direction, over the radial head, and approximately 5 cm distal to the joint.
