This Z-Plasty course will teach you:
- The Z-Plasty, in order to create lengthening of a scar, changing the direction of the scar so it falls within the resting tension skin lines or to move skin areas.

Step by step
Identify the resting skin tension lines, the lines of maximal extensibility and the slack of the skin. Determine the desired length and direction of the Z-plasty.
